When we first met our clients, we will LISTEN. Trying to understand the clients' needs, constraints of the work, target audience etc. With all these information, we EXPLORE and experiment every possibility to give the best possible solutions. We will then INTERACT with our clients to review the solutions from different points of views. Finally, we EXECUTE the project to create the best results.
